Am Freitag, 20. Oktober 2023, von 9-17 Uhr findet die erste ApL-Fachtagung „Erfolgsfaktor COUNSELLING für Unternehmen und Mitarbeitende. Wie Krisen zu Chancen werden“ in der Lichtenburg in Nals statt.

Die ApL – Akademie für psychosoziale Lebensberatung steht seit 10 Jahren für eine hohe Qualität in der Counsellor Ausbildung in Südtirol und feiert mit dieser Tagung ihr 10jähriges Jubiläum 🎉.
Mit der Fachtagung richten wir uns erstmals mit unserer Netzwerkarbeit an „die Wirtschaft“ und machen Counselling in den Unternehmen sichtbar und zugänglich. Counselling wirkt gerade auch im Unternehmenskontext besonders wertvoll und trägt zur mentalen Gesundheit der Mitarbeitenden bei.

Die Fachtagung wendet sich insbesondere an Vertreter:innen aus Unternehmen, Personalverantwortliche, Mitarbeitende und alle Interessierte sowie Netzwerkpartner:innen.

Wir freuen uns, wenn auch Sie einen Einblick ins Counselling gewinnen möchten! Die Tagung ist ein Ort für Begegnung, Austausch, Impulse – um die Südtiroler Unternehmenslandschaft zu stärken.
